Client retention
Client retention is very important for my small biz. I' think what has my clients coming back is that I am very honest with them. When my machine is down, or when I'm doing extra maintenance or if I don't have perfect prints. If I ever take a break from printing to make my machine print better they know it's to make sure I give them the best print quality as I can give and they love that. My clients don't mind being patient in order to make sure that their prints are to the best quality. I think that my honesty and communication is what makes them a keep coming back. And of course, the print quality too!

I Never Rush the Last Step
When the products are finished, I'm still not done. Packing every order is one of the most important parts of my process. I take my time, check every detail one last time, and make sure I'd be happy if I were the one opening that package. It's easy to focus on making a great product, but I think the experience matters just as much. That extra care has helped me build customers who come back and trust me again for their next special occasion.
