🔎If your printer stops in the middle of printing, or the lights are flashing (including double flashing), here are the common causes and fixes:
1. The printhead protection device may have been triggered. Check if the height sensor is activated.
2. Alternating flashing usually means a waste ink pad error. You will need to reset the waste ink pad counter.
3. The ink light flashing means the printer is low on ink or not getting enough ink supply.
4. The paper light flashing means there is a paper jam.
5. Double flashing is often caused by the printhead assembly not being reset properly.
· Turn off the power. Move the carriage to the center of the printer. Then turn the power back on. The machine should auto reset.
· If that doesn't work, generate a report from the software and send a screenshot to Procolored engineers for help.
