Printer Vacation Mode Setup: A Step by Step Guide👇
#DTF #vocation mode
1. Print a Nozzle Check to confirm the printhead is in good condition.
2. Perform 2–3 Head Cleanings to fully clear the printhead.
3. Remove all ink bottles (especially the white ink).
4. Use a syringe to completely extract the white ink from the lines.
5. Replace all ink lines with printhead moisturizing solution.
6. Run one ink charge to fill the entire system with cleaning solution.
7. Perform one more head cleaning to ensure the printhead is filled with cleaning solution.
8. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution into the cap station.
9. Manually move the printhead to the far right and ensure it is tightly sealed on the cap station.
10. Turn off the printer power.
11. Maintain ambient temperature at 20–28°C (68–82°F) and humidity at 40–60%.
12. Check the cap station once a month and refill the cleaning solution if it dries out.
