- What happens when white ink settles?DTG white ink tends to settle very quickly, both in the cartridges and in the storage container, so what are you supposed to do? There are several solutions, and the one I used is very simple: remove the ink cartridge and use a syringe to extract as much ink as possible, then pour it back into the storage container. But honestly, the most practical solution would be to buy the Procolored Printer Ink Tank with Agitator that they offer. Sedimentation causes clogs in the printhead and results in dull white colors, which is why it's important to clean the printhead with Printhead Cleaning Fluid.
