Try to keep humidity between 40–60%. High humidity can affect ink performance and film adhesion. Using a dehumidifier will help stabilize the environment.
2. Maintain proper airflow
Ensure the room has good ventilation. Air circulation helps prevent moisture buildup that can impact internal components and printing consistency.
3. Store materials correctly
Keep your DTF film and powder in sealed containers with silica gel packs. Excess moisture can cause clumping and poor transfer results.
