Maintaining Clients
#ClientRetentionTips

I think I figured out how to post correctly now!
#4: I love taking custom orders which seem to be my best selling option. I like to provide my customers with bringing their visions to life and if they aren't happy with how the project is developing and want to change an aspect of the project, I maintain a positive, pivotal position because it's my job to create what is in their head. When I interact with customers, I maintain a genuine and straight-to-the-point attitude. I think that helps my customers communicate openly what their invisioning. I think they come back to me because they know once they ask for something (custom or not), it's going to get done well and quickly. I keep the same honest attitude when dealing with a customer in a difficult situation. I had a customer purchase an apron on my Etsy that had not been marked sold. He was so disappointed and so was I since I didn't have anymore of that particular fabric. I gave him a refund and apologized profusely. At the end of the communication, the customer decided to follow my shop on Etsy and requested that if I can find the same fabric to let him know.

At the end of the day, you're selling what you create. Be honest in your work, stand by your work and always try to be as positive as you can. I love seeing a customer's smile when they receive something I've made special for them. I also include a handwritten personalized thank you card with every purchase.
