One thing I've learned as a small business owner is that people remember how you make them feel. I try to remember names, ask about their families, celebrate their wins, and genuinely thank them for supporting our store. A handwritten note, a quick follow-up message, or simply taking the time to chat can turn a one-time customer into a loyal one. Basically treat customers how you would like to be treated. Many of My customers have become friends, and their support is a huge reason we've been able to grow over the past few years. You don't need the biggest budget or the fanciest marketing. Listen to people, be honest, communicate clearly, and always do your best to make things right when something doesn't go as planned.

A big thing we focus on for keeping clients/customers coming back and building trust with new customers is communication. Always ready to answer questions and prioritizing FAST shipping. 99.99% of products are shipped to our customers within 3 days max, while majority ship same/next day! We also make sure each and every design is printed to best quality possible, if there is even the slightest color discrepancy from one print to the next print it is not pressed onto a shirt and new prints are printed!
