Most of my products are personalized, so I try to keep customers involved throughout the process by sending mockups, asking questions, and checking in along the way.

Recently, a customer sent me this message, and it reminded me that sometimes the little things matter just as much as the finished product.

I've found that taking a few extra minutes to communicate helps build trust. And when people trust you, they're more likely to come back when they need something again or recommend your business to others.

It's a simple habit, but one that's made a big difference in my business.
